This poster I made for Metropolis festival, for the artist Tamino. It was exhibited at the Metropolis Festival 2018.
The Artwork is a portrait of Tamino, of acrylic paint and ink. It is my interpretation of the lyrics and sound of Tamino. The paint on the left stands for a sandstorm and expression, and the ink part on the right refers to the meandering melody and Arabic calligraphy, just as there is an Arabic influence in Tamino's music.
